Motorcycle front shock absorber use

Author:

The front shock absorber is an important part of the motorcycle. The correct daily maintenance of the shock absorber can extend the service life of the shock absorber.

The front shock absorber connects the frame and the front wheel elastically, and uses the buffer spring and the damping mechanism to effectively buffer the impact from the ground. The excellent shock absorption system can keep the vehicle stable, ensure the comfort of operation, and bring a pleasant riding experience to the driver.

The front shock absorber is mainly composed of a fork rod, a bottom tube, a buffer spring, a piston rod, an oil seal, a dust cover and other parts, and the damping oil is sealed inside.

When the shock absorber spring is compressed, the damping oil flows through the free valve and the oil return hole; when the spring rebounds, the free valve is closed, and the damping oil can only flow through the damping hole, thereby suppressing the spring rebound. The damping spring and the damping system cooperate well to play the role of damping and buffering.
