Chongqing Mainuote Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2019, and the factory has an area of 4900 square meters. It mainly produces and operates shock absorber products widely used in cross-country, retro, ADV and high-end electric motorcycles such as single-cavity double-adjustable, double-cavity double-adjustable, double-adjustable, recovery and compression respectively (one compression, one recovery and special adjustment of spring preload), three-adjustable (recovery, high-speed and low-speed double-adjustable compression) and directional dampers.
Through the introduction of talents, we have trained a number of excellent talents in shock absorber design, manufacturing and management, including 20 managers, 7 technicians, 2 quality inspection and 25 ordinary employees. At present, it has independently developed and produced dozens of shock absorber products, and the annual production and sales of cross-country motorcycle shock absorbers reach 120000 sets. After continuous development and innovation, the company has obtained 13 national patents and has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
The company has customized a number of advanced equipment with reference to the requirements of foreign MTS testing equipment. There are 3 sets of damping detection equipment, which are respectively used for detection, tensile strength detection, pressure detection, durability detection, spring value detection, damper durability detection, static friction detection and front and rear damping value detection in the process of post-reduction production site. In addition, it is equipped with 1 lifting roughness tester, 1 hardness tester, 1 layer thickness tester, 1 drum tester, 1 1.2*1.2 inspection platform, several testing measuring tools and several post-processing equipment for parts.
At present, the full inspection process of the production site process route includes all inspections before the dimensions of the outer cylinder sleeve, oil seal, dust seal, etc. are put on line. The appearance, inner hole and reverse roll of the fork tube are all selected. Each damping device is debugged to ensure that the damping adjustable performance is qualified, and the tools and equipment used for the torque of each process give full play to its performance. The appearance, total length and aperture of the finished product shall be fully inspected and tested for leakage. The rear piston, valve plate, connecting rod, adjusting core, damping cylinder, joint, lower fork (bracket) and other parts shall be fully selected, damping shall be fully inspected, and spring height shall be fully inspected to ensure that each preload is consistent.
